Le temps devant soi – Famous luxurious fashion house Hermès has unveiled their latest Spring Summer 2012 advertising campaign, fronted by model Bette Franke. Checkmate! French fashion house Hermés have created a luxurious chess set as part of their Spring-Summer 2012 collection. Sleek and contemporary, the hand-sculpted set is carved from Brazilian rosewood and mahogany, laid out on a 95cm board made from Clemence taurillon leather.
Hermès has launched a limited-edition line of saris in 27 designs for its customers in India. They are priced between $6,100 and $8,200 and will be sold with a metre of extra cloth, for what is used traditionally to make the blouse. It is the first time that the brand has made such a move, to print over fabric - twill silk or mousseline changeante, measuring 5.5 meters long.
