Swiss luxury brand Urwerk's newest timepiece UR-110 ZrN Torpedo is a sight to behold. Describing it as out of this world is simply an understatement. The unique bezel with its pale gold hue is a result of Zirconium Nitride coating, earning the watch the nickname Champagne Supernova. Zirconium Nitride is known for scratch, wear and corrosion resistance. It will take a true watch aficionado to appreciate the complexity of the dial. With 3 levels of mechanisms, the UR-110 ZrN Torpedo is fitted with Titanium case back and surface finished with micro sandblast. The other neat features include orbiting satellites and arrow-shaped torpedoes to indicate time. The control panel has day/night, oil change and running seconds indicator which we have to vote is pretty cool. Limited to just 12 pieces the UR-110 ZrN Torpedo Champagne Supernova will be available at just four retail locations around the world.
